User Data Deletion
If you used our website, WhatsApp, Facebook Page, Messenger, or a Meta app connected to DELDUA, you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you.
How to request deletion
- Email delduamobilespares@gmail.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
- Include the phone number, WhatsApp number, Facebook name, or email you used with us, and a short note that you want your data deleted.
- Or call / WhatsApp 0181 483493 and ask for a data deletion request.
Within 30 days of verifying your request, we will delete or anonymise your personal data from our customer records, message history we control, and related business tools, except where we must keep limited records for warranties, repairs already completed, legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Facebook and Instagram account data
To remove permissions you gave a Meta app, open your Facebook settings, go to Apps and Websites, find the DELDUA app if listed, and remove it. That stops the app from receiving further data from Facebook. Then send us the deletion request above so we can clear data already stored by DELDUA.
Confirmation
After we process your request, we will confirm by email or WhatsApp using the contact details you provided in the request.
